The Blush Effect Beauty Artistry was created with one goal in mind: to help every client feel polished, confident, and like the best version of themselves. Every service is customized to enhance your natural features while creating a look that feels elevated, intentional, and true to you.

The Artist

I'm Tiang, the artist behind The Blush Effect. My background in cosmetology and beauty artistry allows me to offer a thoughtful, detail focused approach to both makeup and hair. I believe luxury is not just about the final look, it's also about the experience, professionalism, preparation, and care that happens from the moment you book.

Whether you're preparing for a special event, photoshoot, bridal moment, or simply want to feel your best, my goal is to create an experience that feels seamless and personal from start to finish.

Policies & Appointment Guidelines

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied towards the final balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Appointment Preparation

Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face unless otherwise instructed.

For the smoothest makeup application and finish:

Brows should be groomed before your appointment.
Unwanted facial hair should be removed in advance, including the upper lip, chin, and other areas you prefer to have hair-free.
Please avoid arriving with heavy skincare products, facial oils, or makeup already applied.

You are welcome to bring your own preferred lip color if you would like it incorporated into your final look.

Timing

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may shorten the service time and could affect the final look or availability of the appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Guest Policy

If your appointment is being held at The Blush Effect's location, please do not bring additional guests unless they are also receiving a scheduled service.

This helps maintain a calm, professional environment and allows the appointment to remain focused on you.

Travel & Mobile Services

Mobile appointments may require an additional travel fee based on location and distance. Travel pricing will be confirmed before your appointment is finalized.

Mobile Appointment Setup

For appointments performed at your location, please have a clean, quiet, and well-lit area available before the scheduled start time.

The service area should include:

Adequate lighting
A chair and/or workspace if requested
Access to an electrical outlet when needed
Enough space for makeup and/or hair tools to be set up safely.

Please limit interruptions and unnecessary foot traffic during the appointment so your service can be completed efficiently and on time.

Health & Safety

Please notify The Blush Effect in advance of any active skin irritation, eye infection, cold sore, open wound, or allergy that could affect your service. For health and sanitation reasons, service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled when necessary.
